Who We Are

eQuality - Pathways to Potential is a community based program that assists adults with developmental disabilities with finding and maintaining competitive and contracted employment. We challenge our associates to maximize their potential and actively explore life’s opportunities. We help each individual find meaningful work, grow and develop personally, and participate in their community.

We provide vocational training and community skills to our associates by establishing community partnerships to provide employment and day programming to our associates. We also have an entrepreneurial project - eQuality Farms.

All our activities and programming are possible through Donations recieved from the community. If you would like to make a donation to eQuality, you can donate in various ways.
