“eQuality Farms” is an entrepreneurial project through eQuality, Pathways to Potential. Over fifty Associates participate in educational activities at the farm and seven eQuality Associates work there part-time. There are two hoop houses and several acres of land that are farmed. The Associates are responsible for the planting, maintaining, harvesting and selling of many different varieties of vegetables and cut flowers. The Associates work at two different farmers’ markets selling the produce and cut flower arrangements. eQuality Farms also sells its product to local co-ops and restaurants.
